Our earlier marketing described APRA as gold-backed. That claim was incorrect and we removed it from all materials as part of the 2025 MiCA compliance process. When APRA was issued in 2022, the MiCA regulatory framework was not yet in force, so the project’s communication and legal positioning later had to be revised to meet the new requirements. This correction is permanent: APRA is not backed by gold or any other asset, and this page states that clearly.
150–250 m depth drilling; mine planning, infrastructure and machinery sourcing; refinery partner announcement; business-partner agreements signed
Target for the start of production, in the second quarter of the year.
