Buy APRA Buy tokens on the Apraemio dashboard from $20. You can bring your own crypto wallet, or pay by bank transfer. If you pay with crypto, the dashboard sets up an embedded wallet for you (via Biconomy), so your tokens sit in your account and you can move them to a wallet of your own whenever you like. Experienced holders can also buy on Poloniex or PancakeSwap. Purchases on the dashboard are the only way to fund the project. ### 2. Stake for 1 to 5 years Lock your tokens in the Priority Gold Redemption Program, or PRP. “Redemption” is the program’s name for the discounted gold purchase. In crypto terms this lock is called staking, and the tokens stay yours. The longer you commit, the deeper your discount tier. The system records the dollar value of your stake on the day you enter. Under current PRP terms, your future gold allowance is calculated on that dollar value, not on the token’s later market price. Full mechanics are in the PRP terms. ### 3. When the mine reaches production, buy investment-grade gold below the market price. When the mine reaches production (the target is 2027), staked holders buy physical gold at their selected discount tier: 20 to 47% below the market price. At redemption you pay the discounted price, up to your allowance, and your staked tokens are returned to you in full. If you decide not to buy, they simply come back to you, to hold or sell. Delivery and storage of the mined gold are being developed with our contractual gold partner, and the refinery partner is being selected through Arteus Capital’s business network. Answered in full. ### Q.1Why does a real gold mine need a token?+ What makes APRA unique is that it gives individuals the opportunity to participate in the financing of a real-world gold mining project. This creates a direct connection between a digital asset and the development of a tangible, production-focused project. ### Q.2What legally obligates GGS to sell stakers discounted gold?+ Nothing attached to your token does: APRA carries no redemption right, and the PRP is a program benefit, not a claim you hold directly. Within the Apraemio structure, GGS holds the mining rights and the gold it produces, Apraemio funds the project under a cooperation agreement, and if the mine produces, stakers can buy that gold at their discount tier, with fulfillment handled through Arteus Capital GmbH. The obligation therefore runs through the cooperation between Apraemio, GGS and Arteus rather than through a right you can enforce yourself, and it is governed by the published PRP terms. ### Q.3Is there enough gold to honor every discount?+ The PRP does not set aside a fixed quantity of gold, and there is no upper cap on the program. Stakers are served in order of stake date, and every discounted purchase depends on the mine actually producing. We deliberately avoid implying that a specific gold reserve stands behind the token: APRA is a utility token, not a claim on vaulted gold. If the mine reaches production, its ongoing output supplies the discounted-purchase program; if it does not, the discount never activates. That dependence on real production is the risk you are taking, and it is why the discount runs as deep as it does. ### Q.4What if the mine is delayed, or never produces?+ Then PRP gold purchases activate late, or never. Your tokens remain yours to hold, trade or sell on the open market, and their price could be anything, including near zero. This is the central risk of the project. Weigh it against 17,000 meters of drilling data and 22,000 analyzed samples, continuous funding of the required exploration since 2012, an operator with twelve years in-country, and dated public progress reports. ### Q.5Mali seized gold from a major miner in 2025. Why should this project be different?+ The state’s politically motivated disputes with foreign major mine companies is over tax and ownership terms. Our exposure differs on the facts. GGS was founded in Bamako in 2014 and has worked there continuously since; its convention with the government dates to September 2015 and was renewed to align with Mali’s mining law (adopted in 2019, in force in 2023); and its operating team includes Malian geologists and managers, who live and work where the drills are. None of that reduces country risk to zero. That risk is part of what the discount pays you to carry. ### Q.6APRA sold in presale for more than it trades today. Why would anyone buy now?+ We would rather print the numbers than have you discover them. The presale sold in three tiers at $0.25, $0.35 and $0.45; the first exchange listing opened at $0.75, and the Poloniex listing opened at $0.25. Since then the token has traded as low as $0.0034 (February 2026) and sits near $0.04 today. The full chart is on CoinGecko, linked in our verification section. We will not predict where it goes. Two facts matter if you are deciding today. First, the PRP records the dollar value of your stake on the day you enter, so your gold allowance is calculated on dollars committed, not on the token’s later market price. Second, you earn the discount with time staked, and the published terms are identical at any point on the chart. ### Q.7Who is legally behind this, and who owns the mine?+ Apraemio Ltd. (British Virgin Islands (BVI), reg. no. 1573637) issues the token. The company is not new: its predecessor, Rabera Holding S.A., has existed since 2010, and the renaming to Apraemio Ltd. was registered with the BVI authorities in 2022, before the EU’s MiCA regime existed. Its legal affairs are handled by the international firm Harneys Fiduciary, and it files under BVI and international disclosure rules; our EU disclosure now runs through the MFSA notification in Malta. To be precise about what notification means: it confirms our white paper was filed and meets MiCA’s content requirements. No regulator has approved or endorsed this project, and none does under MiCA. The mine license belongs to Green Gold System Europe SARL, Bamako, which operates under a cooperation agreement with Apraemio; Apraemio does not own the mine. The Arteus Capital group (Vienna and Budapest, trading physical gold since 2009) is the commercial backbone. The full structure, including issuer financials, is in the MiCA white paper. We would rather you read it there than discover it on a forum. ### Q.8How do I buy, and do I need crypto experience?+ No experience needed. Create an account on the dashboard, verify your identity, and buy from $20 by bank transfer or with crypto via NOWPayments. You do not need your own wallet: the dashboard sets one up for you via Biconomy, your tokens are held in your account, and you can move them to a wallet of your own whenever you like. If you already use crypto: APRA is a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain, also trading on Poloniex and PancakeSwap. Staking into the PRP happens in the dashboard after purchase. ### Q.9How many tokens exist, and where does the money go?+ Total supply is 1,000,000,000 APRA, fixed. About 138 million circulate today; the live supply and holder list is on BscScan, linked in our verification section. The complete allocation table is in the tokenomics documentation. As with any token, unlocks and market conditions can move the price; do not stake money you cannot afford to lose. ### Q.10Where can I verify all of this?+ Every claim on this page links to its source: the regulator’s record, the Hacken audit, BscScan, CoinGecko, the mine reports, the MiCA white paper. Start at Documents. If you find a claim we cannot back, write to us and we will correct the page. THE WORK CONTINUES ## Gold at 20% or more below market price, when the mine you fund gets there. From December of the following year, participants will be able to redeem their staked tokens for investment gold. The exchange is executed through the Arteus Capital GmbH system, ensuring transparent gold allocation and accounting. The gold: is credited to an individual gold account opened in the participant’s name within the Arteus system, whom it can be physically delivered upon request, and is calculated based on the original USD token value, unaffected by market volatility. WHY A MINE SELLS GOLD BELOW MARKET ## The discount is how mines pay for early capital. Exploration is the expensive, uncertain stage of mining. Banks lend against production, and a mine that is still drilling has none, so explorers raise money by selling tomorrow’s output at a discount today. The Priority Gold Redemption Program borrows the economics of that trade — early capital in, discounted gold out — but not its legal form. A streaming company holds a contract that obliges the mine to deliver. PRP holders hold a program benefit: when the mine produces, staked holders buy its gold at a discount under the program’s terms. The token itself carries no claim to gold, and that difference is part of why the discount runs this deep. The discount is the price of being early to a mine that has not yet produced, and it comes with the risks that implies. They are set out in full in the risk disclosure. FAQ ## The doubters ask. We answer honestly. ### Q.1What do I need to join, and is there a minimum amount to buy?+ An email address is enough to start. You create your account on the Apraemio Dashboard, and a wallet is generated for you there during the process, no external wallet or prior crypto experience is required. From there you purchase APRA, complete identity verification, and select your amount and lock period. If you would rather be guided through it, the Support Team offers a 25–30 minute online consultation covering account setup, verification and documentation. The minimum amount to buy is 20$. ### Q.2Is my gold access based on the token price when I stake, or when I redeem?+ The USD value of your position is fixed at the moment you enter the PRP, using the token rate at that time. Later movements in the APRA price — up or down — do not change the fixed USD figure your gold access is calculated from. This is the core function of the program. ### Q.3What happens if the mine does not reach production?+ The PRP is a participation program connected to an exploration project, not a guarantee. Green Gold System Europe SARL currently holds an exploration licence for the 65 km² Komassala Sud zone in Mali; the project is in the exploration phase, with production targeted for Q1 2027. If production is not announced, the Gold Exit does not open, and your tokens return to your wallet at the end of your lock period. ### Q.4When exactly does the Gold Exit open?+ It opens 18 months after Apraemio Ltd. publicly announces the commencement of mining, based on notification from GGS. Worked example: if the announcement is made in March 2027, the Gold Exit phase opens in September 2028. Until that announcement is made, no fixed date exists, and we do not publish a projected one. ### Q.5My lock period ends before the Gold Exit opens. What do I do?+ You can extend. The extension is made from the Dashboard and must be completed before your current period expires, we recommend acting around 90 days ahead. Each additional year increases your gold access tier. If you do not extend, the tokens return to your wallet on the expiry date and the position closes. ### Q.6Can I stake APRA that I bought on an exchange?+ No. Only APRA purchased directly through the Apraemio Dashboard at www.apraemio.com is eligible for the Priority Gold Redemption Program, and exchange-purchased tokens cannot be moved into it. If you already hold APRA bought on an exchange and want to join the PRP, the only route is to sell those tokens on the exchange and purchase again through the Dashboard. ### Q.7Can I exit early, or transfer my position to someone else?+ No. The lock is technical, not administrative, the tokens are unavailable until the period ends, and there is no early-release mechanism, no partial withdrawal, and no facility to sell or assign a PRP position to another person. Only commit an amount you can leave untouched for the full period you select. ### Q.8Where is my gold stored, and how do I get it?+ Gold obtained through the PRP is credited to an individual gold account opened in your name within the Arteus Capital GmbH system, and is held in vault storage by Arteus Capital GmbH under the terms of the applicable contract. You have two routes from there: request physical delivery, or sell the gold back to Arteus directly from the vault without arranging transport or an external buyer. Both operate under Arteus Capital GmbH’s General Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the transaction, which govern eligibility, pricing, fees, verification and payment. ## Join the Apraemio Ecosystem ======================================================================== URL: [The Mine — Komassala Sud | Apraemio](https://www.apraemio.com/mine/) Title: The Mine — Komassala Sud | Apraemio Description: Komassala Sud, Mali: 65 km² licensed, 17,000 m drilled since 2016, 22,000 samples analyzed, and 13.59 t of gold identified in the first 1.2 km². ======================================================================== # THE MINE Komassala Sud · Bougouni district · Southern Mali Buy APRA from $20 MiCAR A licensed gold exploration project in Mali · Operating since 2016 Risk disclosure See why the discount exists ## BNB Smart Contract Address Copy THE MINE ## Twelve years of work, and its results. 65 km²Exploration area 17,000 mDrilled since 2016 22,000Samples analyzed 1.2 of 65 km²Explored area so far ## The Operator Green Gold System Europe SARL (GGS) was established in 2014 and signed a Convention with the Government of Mali in September 2015, later renewed to align with Mali’s new mining law (adopted by parliament in 2019 and brought into force in 2023). The core showed a complicated subsurface of gold-bearing and barren zones: promising mineralized layers in the southwest, mixed results in the northeast. Each round of lab data went back into the geological model. Flooding during the rainy season slowed the field crews without stopping them, and the mapping and sampling programs ran to the end of the year. - ### 2025 Development updates Sampling, drilling and site analysis carried on through 2025. The laboratories returned more than 900 samples, the crews mapped the quartz-rich formations in detail, and Malian and international geologists worked together to pin down the mining coordinates. The rock is volcanic and granitic, veined heavily with quartz. Planning meetings ran alongside the fieldwork and moved the mine development phase closer to construction. - ### 2026 Development updates In 2026 the project moved from exploration toward mine development. On April 3, Dr. Zoltán Varga and the CEO of the Wacom Group signed three agreements governing the joint development of the Mali gold mine and the extraction of its gold, establishing the legal framework for long-term cooperation. The two teams met again in Nice in June to advance the practical preparations for opening the mine: the construction of an access road of more than 20 km linking the future mine site to the national main road, alongside detailed water-management planning for the streams and river affecting the area and the safe storage of rainwater during the region’s rainy season. Hungarian geologists and mining engineers took the mine design forward at the same time, drawing on the last drilling samples to come back from the laboratory and on the results of an aerial survey of the site, while the research and extraction permits moved ahead under Mali’s new Mining Code. ## Join the Apraemio Ecosystem ======================================================================== URL: [Documents & Verification | Apraemio](https://www.apraemio.com/documents/) Title: Documents & Verification | Apraemio Description: Eight sources to check every claim here, plus a dated record: token live Nov 2022, Hacken audit Oct 2024, white paper published Aug 2025, PRP launched Dec 2025. ======================================================================== DOCUMENTS # Check why we are trustworthy. ## THE DOCUMENT HUB 1 ### The regulator’s record Confirm the MiCA white paper notification (notified 17 July 2025, published 14 August 2025) on the Malta Financial Services Authority’s (MFSA) own register. 2 ### MiCA-compatible white paper The full legal disclosure of the token terms, the issuer financials and the risk factors. Earlier materials pointed to late 2026. The current target is 2027; the change and its reasons are in the blog. #### “Gold-backed.” Our earlier marketing described APRA as gold-backed. That claim was incorrect and we removed it from all materials as part of the 2025 MiCA compliance process. When APRA was issued in 2022, the MiCA regulatory framework was not yet in force, so the project’s communication and legal positioning later had to be revised to meet the new requirements. This correction is permanent: APRA is not backed by gold or any other asset, and this page states that clearly. ### Ahead 2026 150–250 m depth drilling; mine planning, infrastructure and machinery sourcing; refinery partner announcement; business-partner agreements signed 2027 Target for the start of production, in the second quarter of the year. GGS targets production for 2027, and mining timelines move. Ours has before. - 2 APRA is not backed by gold or any other asset: not vaulted gold, not gold in the ground. The token carries no redemption right and no claim on Apraemio or the mine. The PRP is a program benefit for staked holders, governed by program terms that can change. - 3 Apraemio does not own the mine. Green Gold System Europe SARL holds the license; Apraemio funds the project under a cooperation agreement. - 4 The gold discount activates only if the mine reaches production. If it never does, the discount never exists. - 5 The token’s price is set by open markets. It has fallen hard before and can again, and the token may not always be liquid. Do not stake money you cannot afford to lose. - 6 Mali carries real country risk. The FAQ covers it in full. We publish this list because we are asking you to fund a mine before it produces. You deserve the full picture, and projects that hide it deserve your suspicion. Everything below this box — the drill data, the operator’s twelve years in-country, the documents, the dated track record — exists to shrink this list. Keep reading and check us. Last updated: 28 July 2026 These Terms govern your use of apraemio.com and, where you open one, your Apraemio Dashboard account — including buying APRA and taking part in the Priority Gold Redemption Program. Using the site means accepting them. They are written to be read rather than survived. Where a clause takes something away from you — and several do — it says so in the same plain language as the rest of the site. The one thing worth reading before anything else is the Risk Disclosure: APRA is not backed by gold, the mine is not producing, and you can lose everything you put in. ## On this page - 1. This agreement These Terms are an agreement between you and Apraemio Ltd., registration no. 1573637, Craigmur Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, VG1110, British Virgin Islands (“Apraemio”, “we”, “us”). They incorporate the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Risk Disclosure. If any of those conflicts with these Terms on a point it addresses specifically, that document governs the point. If you do not accept these Terms, stop using the site. If you have an account and no longer accept them, close it. ## 2. Definitions - APRA — the utility token issued by Apraemio, a BEP-20 token on BNB Smart Chain at contract address 0x0c4ac8952c28e2e7fe22033C8D2F1263372d301d. - Dashboard — the account area at apraemio.com/dashboard, where APRA is bought, held and staked. - PRP — the Priority Gold Redemption Program, the benefit described in section 8. - GGS — Green Gold System Europe SARL, Bamako, Mali, which holds the licence for the Komassala Sud project and operates it. Apraemio does not own the mine. - Staking — locking APRA for a fixed term through the Dashboard, during which it cannot be sold or transferred. - White Paper — the MiCA crypto-asset white paper notified to the Malta Financial Services Authority on 17 July 2025 and published on 14 August 2025. ## 3. Who may use this By using the site or opening an account you confirm that: - you are at least 18 and have capacity to enter a contract; - you are acting for yourself, not as an undisclosed agent for somebody else; - you are not subject to sanctions administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or the British Virgin Islands, and are not acting for anyone who is; - you are not located or resident in a jurisdiction where buying, holding or staking APRA would breach local law, or which we have designated as restricted; - the funds you use are lawfully yours and are not the proceeds of crime. Whether any of this is lawful where you live is your responsibility, not ours. We cannot advise on it, and we may refuse or close an account without giving reasons where we believe a confirmation above is untrue. We maintain the current list of restricted jurisdictions in the Dashboard and will provide it on request. ## 4. What this site is, and is not This website is a crypto-asset marketing communication. It has not been reviewed or approved by any competent authority in any Member State of the European Union, and Apraemio is solely responsible for its content. The notification of the White Paper to the Malta Financial Services Authority means the paper was filed and meets MiCA’s content requirements. It is not approval, and no regulator has endorsed this project. Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy anything. We do not know your circumstances and are not assessing your suitability. Get independent advice if you need it. The site is not an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful. Where the White Paper and this site differ on the terms of the token, the White Paper governs. Forward-looking statements — production targets, timelines, estimated resources — are expectations, not promises. The production target has already moved once, from late 2026 to 2027, and we say so on /documents rather than quietly restating it. ## 5. Accounts and verification Buying or staking APRA requires a Dashboard account. Give accurate information when you open one and keep it current; an account opened on false information may be closed. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. Enable every additional authentication factor offered, and tell us at business@apraemio.com immediately if you think someone else has access. We are required to verify your identity and to screen against sanctions and financial-crime lists before you transact, and to re-run those checks periodically. We may ask for documents at any time, and may suspend activity on an account until we receive them. Refusing verification means we cannot serve you. Nobody at Apraemio will ever ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Any message that does is fraud, whatever it appears to come from. ## 6. What APRA is, and is not APRA is a utility token. Holding it qualifies you, if you stake it, for the Priority Gold Redemption Program. That is the whole of what it does. Stated the other way round, and this is the part that matters: - APRA is not backed by gold or by any other asset — not vaulted gold, not gold in the ground. - It carries no redemption right and no claim against Apraemio, against GGS or against the mine. - It is not a share. It carries no ownership, no dividend, no voting right and no entitlement to profits. - It is not a deposit, and it is not covered by any investor compensation or deposit guarantee scheme. - It may not always be transferable or liquid, and its price is set by open markets that owe you nothing. Marketing published before 2025 described APRA as “gold-backed”. That was wrong, it was withdrawn during the 2025 MiCA compliance process, and any source still saying it is out of date. ## 7. Buying APRA APRA can be bought through the Dashboard from USD 20, by bank transfer or in crypto, and on the third-party exchanges that list it. Exchange purchases are governed by that exchange’s terms, not these. A purchase is complete when we confirm it and the tokens are allocated. Prices quoted in the Dashboard hold for the period stated there; outside it, the price is what is quoted at the time your payment clears. Transfers on a blockchain are final. Once tokens are sent to a wallet address, the transaction cannot be reversed, recalled or amended by us or by anyone. Check the address before you confirm. We are not liable for tokens sent to an address you gave us incorrectly. You have no right to cancel or withdraw from a completed purchase. Where a consumer right of withdrawal applies to you under mandatory local law, that law prevails over this paragraph and we will honour it. Fees, if any, are shown before you confirm. Network fees are set by the blockchain, not by us. Taxes arising on your purchase, holding, staking or disposal of APRA are yours to work out and pay. ## 8. The Priority Gold Redemption Program Staking APRA through the Dashboard for a minimum of one year qualifies you for the PRP. Your tier is set when you stake, by the length of the commitment: - 1 year — approximately 20% below market, +25% additional gold - 2 years — approximately 31% below market, +45% additional gold - 3 years — approximately 38% below market, +60% additional gold - 4 years — approximately 43% below market, +75% additional gold - 5 years — approximately 47% below market, +90% additional gold The additional-gold figure is the authoritative one; the discount percentage is the same trade stated in reverse and rounded, so never use it to calculate an amount. Participation can be extended annually until 31 December 2030, with the benefit increasing each year. During the staking term your tokens are locked. They cannot be sold, transferred or accessed, whatever the market does in the meantime. Do not stake tokens you may need. The PRP is a program benefit for staked holders, not a contract to deliver gold. It obliges nobody to supply anything, and it is governed by the program terms published in the Dashboard, which may change. Where those terms and this section differ on program mechanics, the program terms govern. The benefit is conditional on the mine reaching production, currently targeted for 2027. If it never does, the discount never activates and staked tokens are returned at the end of the term. That is the deal, and it is the risk you are being paid to take. ## 9. The Gold Exit The Gold Exit becomes available once Apraemio, on notification from GGS, announces that the mine in Mali has opened. From December of the following year, participants may redeem staked tokens for investment gold. Redemption is executed through the Arteus Capital GmbH system. Gold is credited to an individual gold account opened in your name within that system, can be physically delivered on request, and is calculated on the original USD value of your tokens rather than their market price at the time. Arteus Capital GmbH also operates a repurchase service for eligible gold bought through it, so gold can be sold back without arranging physical delivery first. Both the gold account and the repurchase service are provided by Arteus under its own General Terms and Conditions, including its eligibility rules, pricing, fees and verification requirements. Apraemio is not a party to that relationship and does not control its terms. ## 10. Risk The value of crypto-assets can change rapidly and significantly. Trading in them carries high risk and may result in the loss of the entire amount invested. APRA has fallen a long way before: presale tiers were USD 0.25, 0.35 and 0.45, the first exchange listing opened at USD 0.75, and it traded as low as USD 0.0034 in February 2026. We publish those numbers ourselves rather than leave you to find them. The Risk Disclosure forms part of these Terms and sets out the six principal risks in full, including that the mine is still in the exploration stage, that Apraemio does not own it, and that Mali carries country risk. Read it. By using the Dashboard you confirm you have. ## 11. Acceptable use Do not: - use the site or an account for anything unlawful, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion or fraud; - impersonate anyone, open an account in another person’s name, or let someone else use yours; - manipulate the market in APRA, including by wash trading or coordinated misrepresentation; - probe, scan, overload or interfere with the site, the Dashboard or their infrastructure, or attempt to bypass any access control; - scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, or reuse its content in breach of section 12; - present yourself as speaking for Apraemio, or use our marks in a way suggesting endorsement we have not given. Reading and quoting the site, including by automated crawlers and language models, is expressly permitted — that is what /llms.txt is for. ## 12. Intellectual property The site, its text, design, graphics, photography and the Apraemio name and marks belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, quote and link to any of it, including for reporting and criticism, with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse its design, or use our marks as your own. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you. Do not send us anything you are not free to give away. ## 13. Third-party sites and services We link to BscScan, CoinGecko, the exchanges listing APRA, the MFSA register, ggs.gold, learn.apraemio.com and others, because a claim you can check is worth more than one you cannot. Those sites are not ours. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or availability, and a link is not an endorsement. The same goes for the exchanges, wallet providers, payment providers and Arteus Capital GmbH — your relationship with each of them is governed by their terms. ## 14. Availability and warranties We try to keep the site and the Dashboard available and accurate, and we correct errors when we find them — including publicly, on /documents. But both are provided as they are. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties and conditions. Nothing here excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded, and if you deal with us as a consumer your statutory rights are unaffected. ## 15. Limitation of liability We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss of any kind. Nor are we liable for the market price of APRA, for the acts of any exchange, wallet provider or other third party, for a blockchain’s failure or fork, or for transactions you authorised. Where we are liable, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you deal with us as a consumer in the EEA or the United Kingdom, the mandatory protections of your local law apply regardless of this section. ## 16. Indemnity You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or the Dashboard, or your breach of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to the extent the claim arises from our own breach, negligence or wrongdoing, and it does not apply to consumers beyond what local law permits. ## 17. Suspension and termination You may stop using the site at any time and close your account subject to any staking term still running. We may suspend or close an account where we are required to by law, where verification fails or is refused, where we reasonably suspect fraud, sanctions exposure or market manipulation, or on a serious breach of these Terms. We will tell you unless the law prevents us. Suspension does not forfeit tokens you lawfully hold. Where an account is closed, we will return tokens or their proceeds to you as soon as we lawfully can, subject to any lock-up still in effect and to anything a legal or regulatory obligation requires us to withhold. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law — do survive it. ## 18. Changes to these Terms We may change these Terms. The date at the top changes with them, and we will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the site or your account after that means accepting the new version. If you do not accept it, stop using the site and close your account. Changes do not apply retrospectively to a purchase or a stake already completed. ## 19. Governing law and disputes These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there. Before litigating, write to business@apraemio.com. Most disputes are cheaper and faster to settle directly, and we would rather hear the complaint than read the claim form. ## 20. General If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stands and the offending provision is read down to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable. Not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours on a reorganisation or sale of the business, without reducing your protections. These Terms, with the documents they incorporate, are the whole agreement between us about the site and your account, and they replace anything said before. Nothing in this paragraph limits liability for fraud. These Terms create no rights for anyone who is not a party to them. These Terms are written in English. A translation is provided for convenience only, and the English version governs. ## 21. Furthermore, it is the responsibility and obligation of the data provider that, if they are not providing their own personal data, they must obtain the Data Subject’s prior consent. If the Data Subject informs the Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of this notice, that their data is not accurate, the Data Controller shall ensure that such data is deleted or rectified in accordance with the provisions of this document (“accuracy”). The Data Controller ensures that personal data is stored in a form that allows the Data Subject to be identified only for as long as is necessary for the processing of the personal data. The Data Controller determines the duration of data storage in accordance with this principle (“limited storage”). Apraemio Ltd. is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers and partners and considers it of paramount importance to respect its customers’ right to informational self-determination. Apraemio Ltd. treats personal data as confidential and takes all necessary security, information security, technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of the data. The Data Controller shall take all necessary measures to ensure the secure and intact processing of data and the establishment and operation of the data processing systems required for this purpose, as well as to protect personal data from misuse and loss (“integrity and confidentiality”). The Data Controller is responsible for compliance with data protection principles and must be able to demonstrate such compliance (“accountability”). ## 4. Your rights in relation to data processing You may exercise the following rights at any time by sending a message to the Data Controller’s email address above. In order to filter out unauthorised requests, the Data Controller may ask you for additional information necessary for identification. The Data Controller endeavours to respond to your request within 30 days: this deadline may be extended by up to 2 months in the case of complex requests. The Data Controller will notify you if, for any reason, your request cannot be fulfilled. - Access to your personal data: you may request information at any time regarding the details of data processing (e.g. what personal data the Data Controller processes, for what purpose and how). - Rectification: you may request that the Data Controller corrects or supplements any personal data it may have processed inaccurately or incompletely. - Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw your previously given consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, unconditionally and free of charge, if ‘consent’ is specified as the legal basis for data processing. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the Data Controller’s data processing prior to the withdrawal. - Request for erasure: you may request that we erase some or all of your personal data processed by us. A request for erasure may not be possible, or may only be possible to a limited extent, in cases where the legal basis for data processing is indicated as “compliance with a legal obligation”. - Objection to data processing: you may object to the Data Controller sending you advertising, or where the legal basis for data processing is indicated as “legitimate interest”. In the event of an objection, you may also request that the Data Controller restrict the data processing to which the objection relates to data storage only, until the Data Controller has investigated the circumstances of the objection. If the objection is justified, we will no longer process the personal data to which the objection relates. - Request to restrict data processing: you may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you believe that the processing is unlawful or that the data being processed is inaccurate. You may also request that processing be restricted if the Data Controller would otherwise erase the data, but you still require it (e.g. to assert your legal claims). - Data portability: you may request that the Data Controller transfer your personal data – processed on the legal basis of ‘consent’ or ‘performance of a contract’ and automatically – to you or to another data controller designated by you. - Lodging a complaint: if you believe that the Data Controller has breached the provisions of the GDPR or other data protection legislation, you may lodge a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information [registered office: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11; email address: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; website: naih.hu; telephone: +36 (1) 391-1400; fax: +36 (1) 391-1410]. - Taking legal action: if you believe that the Data Controller has infringed your rights during data processing, you are entitled to take legal action before the court of your choice – either at your place of residence or your place of stay. Further information regarding court proceedings can be found here: birosag.hu. ## 5. Use of cookies We use several cookies that measure and analyse website usage to improve our website. You can find further information on data processing related to cookies via the cookie pop-up window on the website, and in the Cookie Policy. - ‘Cookies’ are small files sent by our website and stored in your browser. Each cookie has its own identifier, which allows us to recognise new and returning visitors to the website (including you). Cookies also store information about each visit, which helps us to further improve the website’s functionality. - Disabling cookies: you can disable the use of cookies at any time via your browser settings (usually under the ‘Help’ menu). Please note that if you disable cookies, the website may not function properly. - Essential cookies: these cookies are necessary for the website to function. The Data Controller uses these cookies on the legal basis of its legitimate interest, pursuant to Section 13/A(3) of Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues relating to electronic commerce services and information society services (Ekertv.), which means that your consent is not required for the use of such cookies. - Statistical or analytical cookies: we use these cookies to measure which subpages you have viewed during a session and which service you use most frequently. (The term ‘session’ here refers to the time you spend on the website between opening and closing it.) We use these statistical and analytical cookies on the basis of your consent, which you can give via the cookie pop-up window that appears when you visit the website. - Cookies that facilitate the use of the website (convenience cookies): these cookies make using the website more convenient (e.g. your personal data previously entered in a form is displayed when you return to it). We use these convenience cookies based on your consent, which you can provide via the cookie pop-up that appears when you visit the website. ======================================================================== URL: [Cookie Policy | Apraemio](https://www.apraemio.com/cookie-policy/) Title: Cookie Policy | Apraemio Description: Every cookie apraemio.com sets: Google Analytics 4, the Meta and X pixels, and Crisp chat. What each does, how long it lasts, and how to refuse it. ======================================================================== COOKIE POLICY # What we store on your device, and what we do with it. Last updated: 28 July 2026 This policy explains the cookies and similar identifiers used on apraemio.com: which ones exist, who sets them, what each is for, and how to turn them off. It applies to this website. The Apraemio Dashboard, where accounts and token purchases live, and the documentation site at learn.apraemio.com are covered by their own notices. A cookie is a small piece of data a site asks your browser to keep and send back on your next request. Pixels, tags and browser storage do much the same job by other means, and this policy treats them all the same way, because the question that matters is not the mechanism but whether something is following you. ## On this page - 1. How consent works here - 2. Strictly necessary - 3. Analytics — Google Analytics 4 - 4. Marketing — Meta Pixel and X Pixel - 5. Functional — Crisp chat - 6. The cookies in full - 7. Where this data goes - 8. Withdrawing consent - 9. Browser controls - 10. Changes to this policy - 11. Contact ## 1. How consent works here Only the strictly necessary cookie is set when you arrive. Nothing in the analytics, marketing or functional categories loads until you choose to allow it — the scripts themselves are not fetched, so no request reaches Google, Meta, X or Crisp before you have said yes. You are asked once. Your answer is recorded, and you can change it at any time — see withdrawing consent below. Refusing everything except the strictly necessary category leaves the site fully usable; nothing is gated behind a cookie. ## 2. Strictly necessary One cookie, apra_consent, records which categories you accepted or refused. Without it the site would have to ask you again on every page, which is worse for you than storing the answer. This category is set under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, which exempts storage strictly necessary to provide a service the user asked for. It cannot be switched off from the banner, but you can delete it in your browser like any other cookie — you will then be asked again on your next visit. ## 3. Analytics — Google Analytics 4 Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people reach the site, which pages they read, and where they stop. We use it to find out which explanations are failing — a page nobody finishes is usually a page written badly, and this is how we find those. The measurement is aggregate. We do not upload your name, email or wallet address to Google, and we do not use Analytics to build profiles of individuals or to target advertising. Google is a separate controller for the data it receives; its own terms govern what it does with it. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. ## 4. Marketing — Meta Pixel and X Pixel The Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the X (Twitter) Pixel report back to those platforms when someone who saw one of our ads reaches this site. That is how we learn whether an advert did anything, and how we avoid showing the same one to the same person indefinitely. Both platforms may also use what they receive for their own advertising purposes, including building audiences and matching your activity here to your account with them. That is a real cost of allowing this category, and it is the reason it is off by default. If you would rather we could not do this, refuse the marketing category — nothing on the site changes. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. ## 5. Functional — Crisp chat Crisp runs the chat widget, including its automated first responder. It stores a session identifier so a conversation survives you moving between pages, and it keeps that identifier in your browser's local storage as well as in a cookie. Local storage is not a cookie, but it does the same thing to you, so it is listed here rather than left out on a technicality. What you type into the chat is stored by Crisp on our behalf and is covered by the Privacy Policy. Do not send private keys, seed phrases or passwords through the chat. Nobody at Apraemio will ever ask you for them. Legal basis: your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. ## 6. The cookies in full Providers change their own defaults from time to time. Where a lifetime is given as a maximum, the provider may set a shorter one. Where this data goes Google, Meta and X are established in the United States and process data there. Crisp is established in France and stores its data in the European Union. For transfers to the United States we rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, and on the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with supplementary measures otherwise. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards that apply by writing to business@apraemio.com. Apraemio Ltd. is registered in the British Virgin Islands, which the European Commission has not found adequate. Transfers to us are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. The Privacy Policy sets out how we process personal data more generally. ## 8. Withdrawing consent You can change or withdraw your answer at any time, and doing so is no harder than giving it. Withdrawal takes effect immediately and does not affect processing that already happened while consent was in place. Three routes, any of which works: - Use the “Cookie settings” control in the site footer, on any page, and change your selection. - Delete this site's cookies in your browser. You will be asked again on your next visit. - Email business@apraemio.com and we will action it. Independently of us, Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site, and both Meta and X have ad settings in your account with them that limit what they do with what they collect. ## 9. Browser controls Every current browser can block or delete cookies, and most can block third-party cookies outright while leaving first-party ones alone. The controls sit under Settings in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and under Preferences → Privacy in Safari. Blocking cookies at the browser level is more thorough than any consent banner, because it also covers sites that ask badly. Nothing on this site requires cookies to work, so blocking them here costs you nothing. ## 10. Changes to this policy When we add or remove a provider, this page changes and the date at the top changes with it. If a change widens what is collected or what it is used for, we will ask for consent again rather than rely on an answer you gave to a different question. ## 11.
